The role:

We are looking for an organized, caring, proactive, problem solver who is passionate about delivering an amazing client experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our clients' success.

As a Project Manager, you will be working closely with an incredible team as the point person for making sure projects get from A-Z. Acting as the ‘air traffic control’ for the team you will keep communication flowing between our clients and internal team, you will keep the projects running on time, our project management tool (We use ClickUp!) clean and organized, and ensure that everything feels smooth for the client.

The main responsibilities for Project Managers include managing production calendars, owning client communication, team interface and ensuring all projects meet our high standards for quality and accuracy. This role will require a heavy amount of client-facing communication, and work delegation among team members so loving making connections with other humans is a must. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Qualifications:

-You have a minimum 3-5+ year of experience in an Account Management/ Project -Management or a client relationship role

-You have next-level organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership skills

-You have a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to identify pain points and anticipate client needs

-You have deep experience working in project management systems (We use ClickUp!)

-You have experience with team communication tools (We use Slack!)

-You are able to spot all the granular details

-Planning and Organizing are the loves of your life

-You have experience Motivating Team Members to keep processes and timelines on track to completion

-You have a natural knack for communicating with people from the C-Suite level to the entry level

-You have experience and are successful at Time Management

-You have experience with resource allocation and able to plan ahead

-You openly embrace feedback from superiors...no egos here!

-To be successful in this role, bonus points if you have a background or understanding of email marketing, paid media, Ecommerce, or digital marketing in general.

The role of the project manager at Structured is to keep things organized and streamlined to achieve maximum efficiency at work. Their primary responsibilities include:

Day to day:

As a project manager you will be confronted with many unique challenges. You will need to bring order to processes and are solely responsible for planning and organizing projects, mapping out budgets, the scope of work, timelines, and pushing teams to optimize their productivity.

-You’ll ensure projects are completed on time and delivered successfully to clients. task assignments, resource allocation, monitoring of project progress, budget, deadlines, file storage, reports, and much more

-You'll attend client-facing meetings (PST and EST time zones), efficiently schedule and facilitate client meetings, create meetings agendas, note taking, and post meeting follow ups

-You’ll build trust and establish strong relationships with clients by building client rapport, demonstrating credibility, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

-You'll provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, being responsive, and demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond for clients

-Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Your client portfolio that may include projects in paid media, email, SMS, and/or conversion rate optimization

-Collaborate with all teams (marketing strategists, client partners, copywriters, designers and marketing implementers) to align on big picture / strategic vision and nuances of the small details

-Clarify project requirements, own campaign timelines, monthly calendar and manage deadlines while adhering to contract and monthly scope. Always looking ahead so we are planned out and avoid last minute or day-of changes

-You'll serve as an advocate for the client's voice, owning the back-and-forth communication needed for revisions and clarifications to ensure that the final product meets their needs and expectations

-You'll organize your team's workflow across multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to streamline productivity. This includes delegation and creation of action items for both your team and the clients

-You'll balance the client’s wishes with the scope of their account while considering the team's bandwidth

-You'll be responsive via Slack for team collaboration and communication to crush the day-to-day! You are responsible for all client communication. Owning responsiveness, tone and follow up to truly take care of our clients

-You'll show up ready to take on each day with effective time and task management
