The Challenge
This athletic-design scrub brand has struggled with high CPA in the past. During BFCM, FITScrubs was looking to grow sales revenue while lowering its CPA and boosting ROAS.
The Solution
- Discounts and Special Offers: Two weeks before Black Friday & Cyber Monday, we began to promote a 20% off discount paired with BFCM related creative. In doing so, we built up hype for the deals while extending total revenue captured and increasing new customer volume.
- Creating Urgency: We developed persuasive copy specific to Black Friday & Cyber Monday in order to create a sense of urgency. In stressing the brevity of the special deals and the unique product benefits, we enticed immediate sales and grew new customer revenue.
- Diversified Creative: In order to lower CPA as much as possible, we knew we had to keep our creative fresh instead of relying on burnout, older creative. We developed a variety of new creative in varied formats including both video and static to make prospective customers’ ad experience exciting.
